Ahhh summer…

No fear about rides being cancelled for the rain, but how do you deal with the heat?

Night rides! Night rides! Night rides!

(I have to try writing that three times so this lands one of these days).

 

 

 

The temps are near perfect and the roadways are not as crowded as you think.

Now add in Walk Bike Burbank’s Fourth Annual Midnight Ramble and you have a complete evening.

The ride is a pretty flat ten mile roll through Burbank which feels like a tour with all that you see.

It all drops at Pure Cycles (713 N Burbank) with people starting to assemble around 10-ish getting ready to roll at 11pm.

 

 

All you need are your lights and bike, and the smiles will come!

Part of the fun is riding in a very well organized meaning you’ll find yourself chatting away with a lot of different people riding with the same smile.

The ride wraps up around 12:30am where tacos await and some certain refreshments as well.

This is the type of ride that makes you want to do more night rides, then you realize it’s the end of summer…
