You have a bike + Walk Bike Burbank is having a ride = You should ride Saturday.

Welcoming in 2017, one of my favorite groups of people are holding their annual New Year’s Ride along the L.A. River Bike Path that should be fun for all.

Not only to they host a number of fun rides and events throughout the year, but they’re good company too.

Their ride this Saturday will be an easy 13 mile jaunt starting out of Bette Davis Park out of Riverside and Sonora meeting at 9:30 am meeting another wave of riders at the Autry Museum at 10 am.

The route is relatively flat and the L.A. River Bike Path is one of the best pieces of bike infrastructure that we have.

If you’re just getting started on a bike and you want to introduce a friend to what cycling is all about, this is a great opportunity.
